We examine how to select the correct size piano cover, the different material options, cover customization, and which fabric options are best for unique piano settings. Any other questions, please feel free to email us, and we will do our best to answer them.

Our piano covers are manufactured in the United States, and custom-made for you upon your order. Covers typically ship out within 4-8 business days after ordering, and will come to you via FedEx/UPS ground shipping. We will email you the tracking number to you when your order ships.

Please note that embroidery is done out of the shop by a professional embroidery company, so that can add some time to your cover production time.

We are happy to offer free shipping on all of our piano cover and piano accessories to the contiguous United States (the "lower 48 states"). Due to the significantly higher costs in shipping from UPS, FedEx and the USPS, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional fee of $79.99 per cover. Please select that option at checkout.

Regarding our popular selling felt piano key covers, shipping is free for these to Alaska and Hawaii.

For our international customers, please email us for a shipping quote. We will need the delivery address, along with the specifics of the piano cover, including the make, model and exact size of your piano, your chosen material, and any additions, such as side slits. Note that smaller piano accessories, such as the felt key covers and piano locks, can often be sent cheaper than the piano covers. Please let us know which product you are looking at, along with your address, and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

We are happy to ship to Canada, however, our free shipping prices are set for the contiguous United States. Shipping to Canada is an additional fee of $89.99 per piano cover. On the shopping cart checkout page, please select the Canada shipping option in the menu.

Shipping for our popular felt piano key covers is $25.95 to Canada.

For our international customers, please email us for a shipping quote. We will need the delivery address, along with the specifics of the piano cover, including the make, model, and exact size of your piano, your chosen material, and any additions, such as side slits. Please note that if you order the item before getting the shipping quote, and then decide to cancel after getting the quote, you will be issued a refund minus the 3% credit card transaction fee (the credit card companies still charge the 3.7% to 5% transaction fee, even if your money is refunded).

Please note that all of our covers are custom-made for you upon your order, so it's important to order the right size piano cover. We understand returns do happen, but we do our best to make sure you get the correct cover before you order, as we're often unable to resell returned covers.

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, in new, unused condition. For returned piano covers, there is a 15% restocking fee to help cover original shipping fees. Please note that custom-made piano covers, such as upright piano covers and covers made from templates you mail in, cannot be returned, so please be careful when measuring your piano. White, beige and burgundy vinyl orders are also custom-made, and cannot be returned. If you have any questions, please contact us

We accept purchase orders from schools, colleges, government organizations, religious institutions, etc. To purchase using a purchase order, please email us the signed documents on the institution's letterhead. We are happy to provide a quote if one is needed before submitting the PO. Please let us know the make, model, and exact size of your piano, the material you want for the cover, and any additions you would like to add to the cover (for example side slits or locking straps).

If any additional paperwork needs to be completed, or a W9 form is required, please let us know and we are happy to oblige. Note that there is no sales tax charged on any of our online orders, so you do not need to provide a tax-exempt certificate.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER through our secure website. Purchase Orders are accepted from schools, churches, and non-profit organizations.

The best options for cleaning a piano cover are to dust it, use a lint roller, and vacuum the cover. Your piano cover should not be placed in your washing machine. If a deeper cleaning is required, please take it to your local dry cleaners. They should be able to examine it and offer cleaning options.
